It's no mistake that year after year Nebraska's John Cook puts athletic, well-conditioned teams on the floor. One of the reasons is his High Performance Conditioning program. Each tape in this two tape series features more than 30 drills that when combined create a complete high performance workout for volleyball players. The workout features stretching, strength, agility, and plyometrics all performed with volleyball specific movements. This unique approach allows coaches to improve volleyball skills while conditioning their athletes, improve jumping ability, and removing imbalances in volleyball players that come from repetitive motion skills. The program can be used as a complete off-season program or it can be broken down and incorporated into practices to aid in conditioning, explosiveness, and injury prevention.
