Using on-field demonstrations, Tjerk Van Herwaarden shows you 16 drills to teach handling skills, receiving skills, passing skills and special skills. He breaks each area down by showing the proper stance, stick position and body position that will allow your athletes to improve their performance. Van Herwaarden's passing skills include the push pass, sweep pass, reverse sweep pass and the hit. He also covers other special skills like the reverse hit, quick hits, one-on-one defense and two-on-one defense and more. With Van Herwaarden's instruction and demonstrations your players will improve their skills and help them become the best field hockey players they can be.
