The first set of drills focuses on defensive pressure on the ball. Using these drills, your players will develop the:

  • Ability to pressure the ball
  • Footwork needed to control dribble penetration

A warm-up drill used primarily at the start of practice. Use this drill to:
  • Emphasize rebounding, outlet passing and the importance of running the court
