- Learn four championship-caliber forecheck systems

- See how all rotations and responsibilities are played out as the puck is advanced
with Jack Parker,
2009 NCAA Champions;
3X NCAA Coach of the Year; Coach Parker has won three NCAA titles, four consecutive Eastern College Athletic Conference crowns and 20 Beanpots.
Coach Jack Parker teaches four systems that he has perfected at Boston University: the triangle-and-two, inverted triangle-and-two, center ice forechecking, and passive forecheck. Each system places pressure on an offense, takes away outlet passes by the boards, and take away center ice. Each forecheck is taught using chalkboard instruction, on-ice demonstration, and game footage. Responsibilities and rotations for each player are demonstrated as the puck is advanced.
