The Trail Leg Wall drill simulates the knee driving through the armpit, come through high and attack down the wall. A second hurdle is added to the Trail Leg drill that keys on the range of motion of the hip. This variation is excellent for lead leg technique. The plyometic portion of Brauman's workout includes depth jumps at various heights. Moving into the weight room, the High Pull, Hang Clean, Full Clean, Power Clean, Hang Snatch, Full Snatch and Snatch Squat are demonstrated. These drills can be implemented into any hurdle workout.
